All the parts, machine tools and accessories went though the experimental phase though years, machinery has been built since 1975. We have a complete line of standard mills, lathes, surface grinders, CNC Bed Mills, and Vertical Machining Centers. Our basic machinery is all ISQ 9002 approved. In addition, our manual and CNC mills are manufactured to meet rigid quality control standards.
Tolerances are maintained utilizing “Meehanite” casting, hardened and ground ways, “Turcite-B” on the slide surfaces and class 7 bearings. Our CNC Bed Mills incorporate both tiltable, and rigid head designs with #30T, #40T, BT40 taper spindles and are retrofitted with various Centroid, PC based, conversational, CNC controls. In our continuing effort to be a leader in our field, we have recently introduced our Rhino VMC 1660 Machining Center with CAT40 taper, 16 Tool ATC, and Centroid M400 CNC control.
